Pros

- Prove you aren't a safety risk and management will generally stay out of your hair. - You "can" make "great" money here, if your desire matches your work ethic. - Take home vehicle and gas card. - Leadership is knowledgeable and generally helpful. John in particular, as he treated me with the utmost respect during my tenure.

Cons

Cons/Why is the turnover rate so high? - You are expendable, something they go out of their way to constantly remind you. - You will not have a life outside of Digco. - Some supervisors are incompetent and abusive beyond measure. - An environment that cultivates zero trust. Supervisors will attempt to sneak up on you through bushes, watch you with binoculars, etc, in an attempt to catch you breaking policy. (Real, sadly) - Prepare to be talked down to, yelled at for confirming orders, and generally treated poorly, even as a "trusted employee". - The money simply does not match the labor output. - Safety is little more than a buzzword, when multiple "special" employees are allowed to completely disregard safety protocols in order to line their (and the companies) pockets. - The "training" is a joke and every supervisor does things differently. Zero cohesion. Techs will just call different Sup's until they get an answer they want.
