To many to name, let's start with transparency and politics. Hands down this is the most political company that I have worked for in the past 25 years of my career. Let me keep it simple, you are either part of Group A or Group B. Group A is what you have as part of product & engineering which reports to a former sales person. Group B is what you have as part of the sales, legal, marketing, and finance which reports to the current CFO.
Group A doesn't get along with Group B which means zero productivity, zero transparency but 100% politics.
I didn't work with group A so cant comment about their internal issues but I can tell you since we have been without a CEO; group B has been nothing short of a circus. No one communicates about what the strategy is and all they care about is keeping the quotes rolling as long as possible at any cost. And when you speak up (if you speak up) retaliation will be guaranteed. What a relief it has been since I left this mess of an org.
