Positive and very enthusiastic environment to work. Everyday you will get to know new things and can implement with yourself also or with the help. All the seniors are very talented to make you obstacle free.
Cons
It cannot be its cons but what I believe is working at night is your developer mode. And at night your focus is more that the day hustles.
