Fantastic and supportive manager and team Always got the opportunity to take on and lead projects. Involved in a wide variety of projects and interact with large cross-section of the company in different departments and countries. Lots of opportunities to pick up new skills. Support from manager and team when ill or family emergencies.
Cons
Always on mentality. Be prepared to work extra hours to meet teams on different time zones or to finish urgent requests, especially around board report times.
