Pros

The office is located on a high floor with a beautiful environment, and it utilizes the brand of a state-owned enterprise to attract high-quality talent.

Cons

The Managing Director has some issues with her personality and qualities, possibly due to the effects of menopause. She frequently experiences emotional instability and displays a very poor attitude towards employees, which is concerning in terms of feudal discrimination. Additionally, she gets involved in office politics, spreads gossip, and constantly disrupts relationships among colleagues. This high turnover rate makes the company unsuitable for long-term career development. Moreover, there is a situation where employees are coerced into writing meaningless reports, and non-compliance may result in being forced to resign. Working in such a high-pressure environment leads to significant psychological stress for the employees. Indeed, this Chinese-funded working environment has serious issues. Considering these circumstances, I do not recommend joining such a company. Finding a better work environment and opportunities for personal career development would be more beneficial.

Pros

The company focus on the BIM and AI technology, and teammates jump in to share screens when you’re stuck. The office keeps it human: decent coffee, sunlight flooding through windows during late sessions, and managers who explain the "why" behind deadlines. Even the stress feels worth it when you see your model come alive on site. Plus, learning new skills isn’t just encouraged – it literally bumps up your paycheck.

Cons

To date, no concerns have been identified
