Pros

Nice office location, and many excellent junior members of staff

Cons

Poor leadership means there is no clear direction or strategy for the company and therefore expectations of different teams and people are unclear. People are treated as disposable, several poor hiring decisions meant that I saw many people leave good jobs to join, only to be shown the door very quickly. A lot of talk about a "special" culture, but no evidence or policies to back it up. Zero benefits beyond statutory to staff, toxic culture of blame and protecting yourself.

Pros

Seemed interesting on the surface

Cons

This was hands down the worst experience of my professional career. An absurd time in my life where I was made to feel incapable and problematic. Managers have a complete lack of respect and acted in bizarre and unexpected ways. No onboarding. No guidance or support. No willingness to conduct internal reflection on why they might have such a high churn of staff. Seem insistent on making the claim that the people they were responsible for hiring and have performed with excellence at every other job are somehow not able to perform here. The product is mostly just a python wrapper!
