First of all I don't advice to work there, but if you want anyway, so you can have 1.Health insurance 2.Normal salary 3.Friends 4.Flexible schedule 5.Taxi (for night and evening)
Cons
1.Stressful work-time, 2.Awful management with poor knowledge, 3.Demotivated staff, 4.Health problems (back pain, insomnia, skin deterioration, neurosis etc) 5.They will judge you all the time, but will never tell you something nice
