I got to see more of the packaging world, and design some things for trade shows.

It was a similar style design aesthetic and there wasn't room to grow within the company.

Pros
Very casual work envronment, which is great if you are looking for it. There was all the free pop you could drink and every Friday afternoon at 4:30 there was free been in the fridge. There were great, fun people working together.
Cons
Poorly run fundamentally. The managment was divided against itself and was competing for control and blame. Untimately the "lean" environment took its toll on the company and things went south when the resession hit.
