- Too many mediocre games made, instead of focusing on couple of really great ones - Sometimes hard to understand what is happening next, as focus shifted during the years many times, this is understandable though as the marketplace and customers changes rapidly too - Too much focus on how many hours you are working, and not actually focusing on the results - The place seems to be modern in many ways, but there is a lot of old thinking in terms of how the job should be done, ie. daily meetings that are not needed or could be done from home, people looking funny at you if taking naps or not staring at the display 8 hours a day
