- Great entrance into semi professional sales environment, great stepping stone if you are low on experience and skills in sales. - Great people to work with, usually, within your area.
Cons
- Upper management is delusional in what the current market is, hides behind suppose carrier given quotas. - Quota calculation has no clear rules, rewards incompetency and punishes proficiency.
