The biggest warning sign of any company is when it asks it's employee's to review it on Glassdoor ;)
Hugely unorganised, downright lies about what products it has and the needs from the CEO change daily with zero guidance on why or how. Arrogance is seen throughout the company, excluding the Sales department ironically. From developers who think they know better than their managers to members of the C-suite who has zero experience managing a company and a downright unwillingness to learn.
They push culture and values but they mean nothing, like a lot of start ups in the early days, they use those words as an excuse to underpay and moan about their staff behind their backs.
They have more awards than products and seem to focus on their image and the self branding of the CEO, Erik Abrahamson. Erik is a man who’s management style is that of whatever self-help startup book he’s read this month, which he will recommend to everyone til the next one comes around. A man who became a CEO, not because he loved a product or an idea but because he wanted to be a CEO.
From the outside it looks like a great place to work but on the side it is quite rotten to the core. I would avoid at all costs.
