Pros
Working with national level talent. Highly skilled, passionate about quality. Positive, inclusive work culture. Small teams with clear leadership organization. Most of the clients were coming to DK for top quality work. Nationally recognized with awards, and press attention, for the quality of work.
Cons
At times the environment could be demanding with long hours and stress around delivery schedules and budget. To maintain that level of quality constantly can be stressful. Digital Kitchen has gone through many management and culture cycles during its lifetime and some of the leadership cycles have been better than others. Not having worked there the past few years my review is based on what is very likely a totally different situation. Realistically, in this industry, there tends to be a lot of turn over and if a situation is not ideal at a given time most likely will change into a different situation. Digital Kitchen has become part of the Sid Lee / Kyu group and that leadership is completely different than during my time.
