I had one of my most positive recruitment experiences for an open position that was being staffed by Digital Knack. While I made it to the final round, I unfortunately did not receive an offer from the end client. Throughout the entire process, my contacts at Digital Knack did an excellent job of keeping me informed of next steps, what to expect from a timeline and scheduling perspective, and even helped to expedite the process when possible as I was also in final stages with a different opportunity. While they did want to ensure their client thought i was a good fit, they also went above and beyond to help ensure I had all the information necessary to ensure I thought it would be a good fit as well. When the offer went to a different candidate, I received a phone call immediately with open transparency and feedback that was greatly appreciated. I would gladly be open to additional positions should they be presented by DK, and would also gladly look to use them to supplement my own future applicant searches

I didn't actually get the job, but through no fault of Digital Knack. It just didn't work out.
