      Not much. Flexible work hours

      Cons

      Management have no idea what they want, Disconnected with what customers actually want. Products are disconnected from the customers. Promotions are only meant for the employees in Stockholm, if you are in Malaysia, your will never get a chance. There seems to be biases for the teams in Stockholm over the Malaysia team.

      Right place, right time to scale and grow a great business. Very good, honest, humble and proud team.

      Growing with only cash from operations creates many challenges and limitations.

      Product is technically advanced and well tested Very little competition on the market (mostly build-it-yourself)

      Cons

      Company hired me in April 2026 and let me go 7 months later. No warning, no PIP, nothing but enthusiasm for my performance all along. Completely unexpected and undeserved. After threatening a lawsuit, they changed my reason for termination from “poor performance” to “corporate layoff”.
