      Pros

      The most serious-minded, well-run, efficient yet fun company I've had the pleasure to work for. In fact, folks from my "class" call it "Bronner High." Digitas is an entirely different company. I was there when Bronner pissed off the advertising community by winning agency of the year. I left Bronner in 1996.

      Cons

      We tended to over-analyze the creative, often neutering it in the process.

      Pros

      Digitas is an incredible organization comprised of some of the smartest and most talented people in the industry. The clients, the people, the work... all incredible and I'm grateful for my time there.

      Cons

      Politics can sometimes get in the way of growth, but that is pretty common in the industry. The only other watch out is for folks that are considering exploring other capabilities/crafts, they may not be as receptive to that as they lead on.
