      Other highly motivated professionals that become friends

      Cons

      No work/life balance, long hours and fast turnover. Promotions are done with little transparency and lots of false promises. With covid, all perks that the company offered are gone and it's left to be a grind that is unsustainable and unhealthy.

      Pros

      Digitas is an incredible organization comprised of some of the smartest and most talented people in the industry. The clients, the people, the work... all incredible and I'm grateful for my time there.

      Cons

      Politics can sometimes get in the way of growth, but that is pretty common in the industry. The only other watch out is for folks that are considering exploring other capabilities/crafts, they may not be as receptive to that as they lead on.
