Pros
A very pleasant atmosphere, openness in communication (whoever you are and whoever you talk to) and independence in work is something that distinguishes this company. I especially appreciate the flexibility we have, as well as the absence of micromanagement. You do your work according to your own responsibility and conscience, enjoying the complete trust of the leader, as well as support whenever it is needed. During these few years of working in the company, every time I wanted to learn something new, go to a course or seminar, or introduce something new that would mean the same to others and for my personal development - I came across YES and full support. During the implementation of those actions and projects, there were challenges and therefore mistakes in the absence of previous experience, but these were never punishable mistakes, but only good inputs on how to do better next time. And I'm grateful for that. During my stay here, I developed myself as a professional in several spheres and I plan to continue doing so, because in this environment, ambition and appetites grow! :)
Cons
I don't like the increased asociality of people from the corona period onwards. They are used to work from home, so they don't easily decide to come to the office or to be interested in internal events (which we have quite a few). I would like us all to influence each other together, especially if leaders find ways to motivate their teams to get together more often. Sometimes the things that need to be decided get really stretched, because we have a lot of meetings on the same topic to hear the opinions of a lot of people (which is cool when we talk about everyone's influence on the decision and that people were actually asked for their opinion), but it can be slower, with more energy and time spent.
