0 star rating to the HR Manger - Senior HR-Executive Digixpressions Employee Review

5 star ⭐️ ratings to the company but I wish I could give 0 star rating to Parul, the HR Manager. While I held the position of Senior HR Executive on Parul's team, my responsibilities were primarily limited to recruitment tasks. Despite HR's essential role as a bridge between the company and its employees, I found myself excluded from broader HR functions. She warned me twice that she would fire me just because I was interacting with people on the floor, where HR is the link between the company and the employees and one of the important responsibilities of an HR is to interact with colleagues. I felt that I was not going to work and going to school where I had to follow the rules which are not made by the company but by the HR Manager.I experienced a sense of detachment from the actual work I was hired to do. Weekend calls were a regular occurrence, with statements like "Just because it's the weekend doesn't mean you won't have work. "While I am open to occasional weekend work to manage workload, the manner in which the message was conveyed left much to be desired. She would talk negatively about every other department. She has no way of talking. Despite my extensive 4+ years of HR experience, this particular role proved to be the most demanding and disheartening in my professional journey. I believe constructive communication and a more inclusive approach to HR responsibilities would significantly enhance the working experience for all team members.
