Toxic environment, Daily Late Sittings, Disrespectful behaviour of CEO - AI Engineer Digixvalley Employee Review

I did not find any meaningful benefits during my time here. The environment was consistently high pressure with little support.

The work environment is highly toxic and difficult to sustain long term. CEO communication is frequently unprofessional and very disrespectful, which creates an uncomfortable and demoralising atmosphere for employees. Because of unprofessional practices by CEO there is a significant lack of job security, as decisions to fire an employee can be abrupt and without adequate notice, making it hard for employees to feel stable or valued. Additionally, there appears to be limited alignment with standard software development practices, leading to frequent confusion, inefficiencies, and rework. This, combined with poor communication and lack of structured processes, results in a frustrating and unpredictable work environment.

This company has no benefit

Manager and CEO demand late sitting everyday. If anyone levaes office on time even one day, he will have to face rude attitude and misbehavior from CEO. No job security, employees are fired without any notice and without any reason. Too much pressurized and toxic environment. Extreme level politics by CEO. No increments and no good salary at all
