Pros
The tools for animation there are great, both hardware and software. If you lack some hardware, the company will provide it to you if you work from home. Nice snack bar and a comfy office, or so I'm told. The company provides trips to animation expos.
Cons
I don't have too much industry experience, but overall the higher-ups seem relatively oblivious to cinema as an art form. They use one director per a show, which is a bit inefficient in my opinion. Furthermore, the director whom I worked with doesn't do a director's storyboard, there's no editing vision in mind. Instead there are selfie-cams and videos that help explain the emotions. It's okay, but a clear storyboard (even a rudimentary one) would be a lot better.
