Pros

Great office, lots of snacks and food for the employees, fruit everyday, regular team events with catered food. Beer on Fridays and lots of good people to work with. Quality product(s)

Cons

Change in the vision from new management has destroyed the culture and feel to the company. Just focused on numbers rather than strategies to control the market. Poor bonus structures which don't align to hard working employees who want to generate quality business. Lack of career progression all talk no action. No real transparency between global offices just hitting numbers and we are good to go.

Thank you for your feedback. Our leading products are the foundation of our success, and we aspire for our work environment to enhance the employee experience. We’re sorry to hear your concerns and want to address them directly. We are currently making changes to our business designed to fulfill what has always been our mission: to position Diligent as the global leader in modern governance through best-in-class innovations and client service. In order to achieve that, we have long committed to and supporting our employees with training, collaborative opportunities, and compensation incentives. It’s unfortunate that was not your experience. Continuing to invest in our colleagues’ success and wellness – not simply performance indicators or productivity – is absolutely essential because our team means everything to us. We will continue to consider these comments and appreciate you sharing them. - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer

Pros

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

Cons

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
