The attempts at integration have been futile. Cross functioning teams that were merged are total train wrecks, with most senior managers unaware of the products their team is supporting. Sales team is lifted by 1 or 2 large deals a quarter allowing those reps to hit target, while others effectively are at <20%. The sales that are made likely won’t be implemented since CS org is in total disarray.
