      Amazing folks here in the Vancouver office Free snacks and beer People really care about each other

      Cons

      High turnover. vacant positions are not even filled. People overwork. Pay is way below market rate Pay increase does not even cover inflation Hard to get budget for team activities No budget for professional development

      Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

      Cons

      Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
