I'm currently working at Diligent, and it’s genuinely been a great experience so far. If you’re consistent in your efforts and your work is well-presented, recognition does come through the right channels. The local leadership is super supportive, and there’s a healthy culture of learning through trial and error, which makes the environment feel safe and empowering. Yes, there are tight deadlines and critical deliverables, but the work is exciting, and the team energy keeps it fun. On top of that, the company takes care of you with free lunch and pickup/drop cab services — which honestly makes a huge difference in daily work-life comfort. 😄
