      Good technologies to work on, will involve you in a lot of decision making, very good for career growth, anybody across is reachable and global teamwork is really a strength here, provides ample opportunities to use, experiment and implement AI, etc

      Cons

      Timings for cabs are fixed for general shift which is a problem considering traffic.

      Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

      Cons

      Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
