Upper management doesn't know how to run a company. Associate level employees flat-out stink as employees. There's two cultures, HQ and everyone else. Spend money like it's free, shipping expense is ridiculous.

No growth opportunities, they will hire outside resources instead of promoting from within and their pay has been stagnant for years... promises of pay increases "soon" but never given despite good performance reviews. No transparency from the executive leadership team and decisions made on the needs of the executives, not the boots on the ground or what is best for the customers.
