Pros

- C-suite execs: combination of experience and pure brilliance (e.g., IT Director but deep experience in all avenues of engineering) - Outstanding mentorship (quick feedback from team leads of other projects) - Flexible work-hours -Strong, Powerful and well-knit Team (e.g., Systems Team in US) - Offshore break-the-ice activities to balance work and life -Team-members if needed to put on long hours get supported by timely lunch and dinner -Lastly, Coolest CEO

Pros

Nothing to highlight about really

Cons

I joined this company as a Full Time employee and made some promises. I had quit a stable job at a large respectable organization to join here. Within a month of joining they let me go citing "performance issues". There was no expectations meeting, no warning or expression of displeasure until that day. They even had casual “good job” remarks here and there in the few weeks I was there. The company itself has several issues, they have grand plans but not enough technical capability or resources. They get their work done primarily through contractors and top leadership has no technical expertise. Also noticed they like getting work done through contractors and fresh college grads rather than hiring a senior leader in every department. I would not recommend joining this company either now or in the future to anyone. The walking red flag is a CTO who micromanages day to day affairs The Work LIfe balance is extremely poor
