Pros
Great ownership. Accessible, friendly, and accommodating. Their work from home environment made it super easy to juggle family requirements, and created a nice work life balance.
The technology know-how is impressive. Although on the smaller side of consulting firms, they work on good size projects and some of the largest clients in North America.
People are pleasant and work is satisfying.
Cons
Can be a little disconnected sometimes, I think this is normal of remote work setups, as companies learn how to manage that new normal, I suspect that will get better.
