Cons
High stress, fast pace, impatient, arrogant managers and colleagues who are polite to customers but rude to new employees. No tips during the training period. Different colleagues and managers give uneven training. They expect one to memorize the menu without giving a copy of details of ingredients and sauces, so one is dependent on kind colleagues who are willing to take the time and effort to write up extra details. New employees are expected to be seen but not heard. If one voices an opinion to improve working situations, politics work against the employee. Management fails to listen time and again to employees regarding work shifts.
