Great staff, Product and Genuine History that is now being destroyed by it's delusional upper management

- Sadly the upper management is now completely destroying what 'was amazing with diptyque' - You work hard and being demanded to be 'dedicated' with nothing in return - Low pay and badly treated - General direction of the brand have completely lost the plot - Absolutely no incentive and no perks or motivation - If you value your private life DO NOT work for diptyque - Get ready to get your hands dirty - you are not only sales staff with no 'commission' you are also the all-round cleaner - The list goes on!
