Pros
Smart, collaborative group of direct marketing experts that work hard and have fun. Everyone plays a critical role in helping achieve client and corporate goals. Really strong creative agency. People are really passionate about what they do. Work from home atmosphere is an added plus.
Cons
Learning how to work from home was a challenge at first, but has turned into a major benefit (no commute!) Having all employees work remotely can create challenges at times. Fortunately the management team closely monitors and continues to evolve processes to ensure work remains as streamlined as possible.
