Flexible work schedule. You must work 8 hours on Monday, but you get to make the rest of your schedule. You just have to meet the minimum number of working hours (20hrs/week).
Cons
Slow to pay. Sometimes they don't pay on time (late by a few days) or there are discrepancies in the hours work and the hours paid.
