Great place to work - Customer Service Representative Direct Laboratory Services Employee Review

I only worked at Direct Labs for about 6 months before Covid hit and I had to leave to stay home with my kids. But during my time there, I really enjoyed my job. The work environment was very laid back but professional. I developed long term friendships with several of my co-workers. The CEO of the company was kind and compassionate and very proud of the company she was in charge of. They had fair pay and benefits.
