Direct Source isn't perfect. I don't know of a company that is. Direct Source treats their employees well.

Can be a stepping stone. Only reason why it gets two stars.

The one word I would use to describe this company is “shady”. Management manipulates the testimony of one employee to terminate another employee they don’t like. Saw it happen several times. This type of management style trickles down to know the rest of the company operates
