Pros
With the amount of money they take in for little effort, they can afford to buy you new tools and make you feel like you're a part of their team with $10 GC every few months.
Cons
They make promises of raises and bonuses however it is only to inspire you to work harder, when the time comes around they have a prepared excuse for everyone as to why they can't give you what was promised. The management is so far removed from the day to day efforts and often times yell at their supervisors for their own failures. The supervisors are crabs in the bucket ready to drag you down for the chance of raising themselves. There is little to no trainning in general, and in my case none at all. They buy up little companies and revel in amusement at laying people off as if it's nothing. No quams what so ever at laying off someone who managed an entire province practically by himself for nearly three years. Someone they know has health problems and is supporting a family after just buying their first home. If you are considering a career with DC, never settle down and consider your job safe. Make sure you are looking elsewhere.
