We encourage folks to share their honest reviews if they are inclined to do so, but we never ask people to share positive reviews solely to improve our ratings. We genuinely want our team members to have a positive experience at DirectShifts; we have experienced a lot of growth and change in the past several months and are focused on supporting the team through those changes as well as driving various initiatives forward, like our employee engagement survey, to find opportunities to strengthen how we work together and collaborate across teams.
We strive to provide a positive experience for our employees, and, try as we might, we won't get it right every single time.
