If you are in junior and good in your work, you can go up quickly in ladder as the company is very person and no way process depdendent
Cons
- Management does not know where they are heading except catering to OTTO, Germany IT requirements. - Management portrays that the company is growing 20% every year but it's turnover remained the same (mathematically incorrect and blatant lies) - Most of senior people quickly becomes obsolete / dyanasaour compared to rest of industry
