The worst run organisation in Scotland hard to believe it’s the Scottish Government - Vetting Disclosure Scotland Employee Review

Where do you start. The organisation from top to bottom needs a complete overhaul from under trained useless team leaders/ops managers who can barely sharpen a pencil never mind manager you to incompetent moody permanent staff. Agency staff members regularly have their work scrutinised while having their shifts cut with next to no notice on the day very unprofessional. The work is extremely boring with very little interaction from management or other staff members sometimes sitting for 10 hours not speaking to anyone. No additional training offered even though I was there for over two years Be warned if you expect a monthly 1-2-1 or a update on your performance you are in for a shock you will be lucky to receive a hello from your manager. Well I could go on but I don’t think we have enough pages available. Good luck if you are unfortunate enough to end up working there you may need a year to recover I know I already do.
