      Company is focused on the future Strong leadership Culture is a top priority - company spends a lot of time and resources to preserve the culture Work life balance - hybrid work and a focus on avoiding burn out Personally - this is probably the best company I have ever worked for. I couldn't be happier here.

      Hypersensitive workforce can make it challenging to provide honest feedback Leadership changes direction frequently and that can be nerve wracking
