Pros
Great health, dental, visual insurance (almost free for employees); vacation starts from 120 hours per year; casual attire; free snacks and drinks; monthly bonuses (depending on the company's performance); all holidays are paid for; there is a tiny gym at the premises with a shower.
Cons
The company is very small (about 30 people); therefore, you will see the owner every day, who is the weirdest guy i have ever met: he would sing his bizarre songs, jump on you, crack unfunny inappropriate jokes and everyone will act like they enjoy it (when they actually don't). There are a lot of employees who have been with the company for almost 10 years. Those people don't learn anything new; radios that they sell are out of date and of a very bad quality. Technicians have to fix a lot of those under warranty. This company doesn't grow, sales are even decreasing; most of the employees don't have any degrees so they work there only because it's their last chance. Some managers don't know what they are doing, but they are great butt kissers, so the owner doesn't even see that this company needs to let some of those people go. The owner cares about loyalty and nothing else. While a person works there the owner treats them ok, the moment he or she is gone there will be a huge amount of dirt poured onto that person's head. Pay is SUPER low. Some employees didn't have pay increases for years! At the same time all the money that could have been invested in the business is being spent on the owner's private needs. It's impossible for the new sales associates to reach their personal sales plan because all the big customers are being distributed unequally between the old sales people. The owner thinks that everyone owes him because he allowed those people to work for him. Also forger about promotion, it doesn't exist here.
