      Pros

      Great parent community, nice school compared to others around. Great teachers to work with... sometimes.

      Cons

      Pay isn't worth the amount of work and stress you'll have. You will be over worked. Low staffing is a big issue. Teacher turn over rate is high and they take long to hire new staff. Communication and attitude could be better from administration. Admin and owners show favoritism towards staff.
