Positive environment for everyone there

Nothing everything is well ran

Lots of flexibility and freedom to do things your way as long as you follow their curriculum. And even then, you don't have to follow the curriculum precisely to a T. The best part, in my opinion, is that no grading of tests or quizzes is required, other than speaking tests, and very few faculty meetings are required. Also, they are back in person after the Hell of teaching from home was endured.

No health benefits or PTO, but at least you get a chance of picking up extra hours sometimes and an occasional gift card if you're lucky.
