White male staff asked to create fake LinkedIn accounts as black women to make the company seem more diverse. The whole time I worked there I did not receive a pension, despite requesting one, which is illegal. Management talk about supporting mental health but have absolutely no provision in supporting staff with this. Severe lack of internal communication. Job description said I would be working 4 day weeks, but after I got the job I was expected to work 5 day weeks with no extra pay. 6 people have quit in the past two/three weeks.
