Good pay because of tronc and because of the insane amount of hours Great team a lot of the time Great food (free meals for bar staff) Free staff beer on fridays and saturdays 50% off all other locations till 6 + other location staff will take you in as their own.
Cons
Worked to the bone. 45 hours a week with 1 day off 4 days on Unpaid 20 minute breaks Values often not followed by longer lasting members of staff Bartender role is more like a cleaning/barista role It is never not busy Not sustainable for long periods of work
