Pros

- On time salary - Decent work life balance (until a year back] - Good number of holidays offered and leave policy.

Cons

- No proper strategic planning in any of the business function. They take decisions just to come out of the crisis situation at the moment. - No hiring and retention strategy persisted. Lack of hiring right talents. - Never ever a process sustained beyond 3 months. - Founders never learn from mistakes. But they always say that we are learning in townhalls. It was the statement given by CEO after 1st lay off a couple of years back. But after that 2 more layoffs happened. - Inefficient HR function and Executive leadership team. They are not confident to choose right strategy across all functions. - Company fails right from finding right talent or retaining right talents. - No process in place. People are not motivated. - They say frugality is one of their values. But they spend on useless things. They dont know where to spend and where not. Due to this, there is no technology adoption internally. - They dont know how to recruit. Unable to hire right talents who will fit and build the company culture better. - They claim themselves something as an industry standard/practice or something is outdated which is actually not[They work in reverse]. - HR forces you to give good reviews in Glassdoor.

Pros

Growing company with opportunities to contribute. Cutting edge technologies, open minded leadership, competent and highly skilled co-workers.

Cons

It's a growing company and where there's growth there is change. This isn't a con for me, but if you don't like to be in a dynamic environment that's changing, streamlining and improving processes it might be a con for you. This company actively works to be "next level" all the time. It's a fast paced environment.
