Pros

If you're hungry to learn and grow quickly, Disruptive Edge delivers on that front. You’ll be exposed to a variety of projects and given real responsibility early on. It’s a great place to build strategic thinking skills, especially if you're early in your career.

Cons

That said, the culture can be polarizing. There’s a strong “frat-like” energy—think work hard, play hard—which some people love and others may find exclusionary. Most of the team is in their early to mid-20s, so it skews quite young and social. If you don’t naturally fit into that vibe or fall out of step with the unspoken norms, don’t expect a lot of second chances. Cultural fit is king here.

Pros

- Positive and friendly work atmosphere where the energy and passion are at all levels. - Fully remote workplace where corporate social events, team-building and workshops encourage strong team relationship. - Disruptive Edge is strongly supportive of continuous learning, training and self-growth. - Opportunities for promotion and growth abound for employees at any level who are driven and proven.

Cons

- Despite ongoing recruitment, employee base is reasonably small given Disruptive Edge is a relative new-comer. While this nurtures great team dynamics, at times the pace is fast and deadlines tight. - the nature of working remotely can make onboarding and ramping up tricky at first in the business of Innovation-as-a-service. The early stages mentoring processes are being re-vamped to try and alleviate this. That said, best fit for someone not afraid of asking questions and able to learn and take on new challenges with sleeves rolled. Three words to describe the culture: Dynamic, Enterprising, Friendly
