Cons
It's hard work. With changes that happen on the fly but it's mostly because of Amazon. If you stay long enough you'll understand that Amazon runs it all . The company does what they can for us with incentives for best driver and company events.

- Inconsistent scheduling
- Unstable hours
- The company may put you on the schedule four days a week, but due to lack of routes for Amazon you may only end up working two days for the week
- You only earn from the hours that you’re clocked in
