      Pros

      Distinctly has been an incredibly supportive agency, offering regular training and development opportunities. The clients worked on are very varied and give great exposure to many industries, which is great experience as someone who is just entering the industry. The support from my line manager has been very consistent and focused, with regular reviews and feedback on all my work.

      Pros

      Genuinely great attitude to learning and development - a good place to start a career in digital marketing with good managers and lots of training opportunities. Lots of friendly colleagues who genuinely enjoy working with each other and push each other further

      Cons

      Some of the clients could be better but that's the same at all agencies
