Feels like a tight crew—everyone knows each other. You might get more say, flexibility, and a real shot at making a difference. If it’s solid, you’re probably not worrying about layoffs. Plus, loyalty can pay off with cool perks.
Cons
I think the only con was the low pay at the start, which pushed me to overwork to prove myself to reach higher earnings.
