Raises are non-existent unless you are family or close to the family. Working hours are flexible but senior management often doesn't arrive until late afternoon. No concern for employees. HR has been rendered useless - employees put up with foul comments from current employee regularly - constantly overlooked. Unless you are family, married to family, or family friends, raises and opportunities are nonexistent. Many employees working here have not seen a raise or review for numerous years. As a previous review has mentioned, a snickers bar doesn't pay bills.
